Perlego ebook platform : ask for an account!

Are you doing a dissertation or a piece of research and need more books than you can find in iDiscover?  Maybe a temporary Perlego account will answer your needs.

The Perlego platform contains hundreds of thousands of ebooks across a huge span of subjects, and Cambridge has got access until the end of the summer via a capped number of accounts.  Due to the restriction of numbers, these titles are not in iDiscover and accounts need to be given out individually.  An account, which will be given for one month in the first instance to allow fair access for our staff and students, will give the reader access to all books on the platform.

If you find titles on the Perlego platform (https://www.perlego.com/) that are not available through our existing ebook and print collections (ie they’re not on iDiscover), please write to ebooks@lib.cam.ac.uk from your cam.ac.uk address, giving your name and asking for a Perlego account.  You’ll be given details about how to set up an account, and then you can get started with your reading!
